1. 使用资格与账号

你应达到所在地使用本服务和同意数据处理所需的最低年龄，并对通过 Apple 登录创建的账号及其活动负责。请勿冒用他人身份、绕过安全措施或以违法、骚扰、伤害他人的方式使用本服务。

2. 情侣连接与分享

连接伴侣需要双方主动操作。你可以决定分享哪些状态、趋势或摘要，并可随时关闭单项分享、暂停分享或解除绑定。对方看到的内容不构成医疗建议；请勿将本 App 用于监控、胁迫或未经同意的健康信息收集。

3. 自动续期订阅

• Luvia Pro 提供月度和年度自动续期订阅；符合条件的新订阅者可获得 1 周免费试用。
• 确认购买后，付款由 Apple 向你的 Apple 账户收取；试用结束后将按所选方案收费，除非你在试用或当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 订阅会自动续期，Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取续期费用。你可在 Apple 账户的“订阅”中管理或取消。
• 一方具有有效且经验证的 Luvia Pro 订阅时，当前已连接的另一方可获得 App 内共享权益。Apple 购买仍属于购买者；订阅到期、退款、验证失败或解除绑定后，共享权益可能结束。

4. 内容与服务变更

你保留自己创建内容的权利，并授予我们仅为运行同步、分享、通知和支持功能所需的有限许可。我们可能为安全、法律、兼容性或产品改进调整服务；重大变化会通过适当方式提示。

5. 非医疗声明与责任限制

Luvia 仅提供一般健康与生活方式参考，不能替代专业医疗意见。出现健康疑虑请咨询专业人员；紧急情况请立即联系当地急救服务。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对因依赖趋势提示、网络中断、第三方平台或不可抗力造成的间接损失负责。

6. 隐私、终止与其他条款

我们按《隐私政策》处理信息。你可停止使用或在 App 内请求删除账号；严重或违法滥用可能导致访问受限。本协议补充 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议；如条款冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 强制条款为准。

1. Eligibility and account

You must meet the minimum age required in your region to use the service and consent to data processing. You are responsible for your Sign in with Apple account and activity. Do not impersonate others, bypass safeguards, or use the service unlawfully, abusively, or to harm others.

2. Pairing and sharing

Partner pairing requires action by both people. You choose which statuses, trends, or summaries to share and may disable a category, pause sharing, or unpair at any time. Partner-visible information is not medical advice. Do not use the App for surveillance, coercion, or non-consensual collection of health information.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Luvia Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week free trial.
• Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. After a trial, the selected plan is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically, and Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions.
• While one partner has an active, verified Luvia Pro subscription, the currently paired partner may receive shared in-app access. The Apple purchase remains the purchaser’s. Shared access may end after expiration, refund, failed verification, or unpairing.

4. Content and service changes

You retain rights in content you create and grant us only the limited permission needed to operate sync, sharing, notifications, and support. We may change the service for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product improvement and will give appropriate notice of material changes.

5. Medical disclaimer and limitation

Luvia provides general wellness and lifestyle information only and cannot replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on trend signals, network interruption, third-party platforms, or events beyond reasonable control.

6. Privacy, termination, and other terms

We handle information under our Privacy Policy. You may stop using the service or request account deletion in the App; serious or unlawful misuse may result in restricted access. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. Applicable law and mandatory Apple terms control if there is a conflict.
