本政策说明 Luvia(中文名“心应”,下称“本 App”)如何处理你的信息。本 App 是面向情侣及亲友的非医疗健康趋势与关心工具,不提供诊断、治疗或紧急救援服务。

1. 我们处理哪些信息

  • 账号与标识:使用“通过 Apple 登录”产生的用户标识、账号状态,以及 Apple 在你授权时提供的邮箱或姓名信息。
  • 健康与健身数据:在你授权后读取 HealthKit 中的心率变异性(HRV)、心率、静息心率、睡眠阶段与时长、步数、活动能量、锻炼、正念记录及 Apple 提供的相关睡眠指标;并生成恢复、压力、睡眠和活动趋势。
  • 关系与分享数据:邀请码、绑定关系、你为对方设置的称呼、分享权限、伴侣可见的健康摘要与趋势。
  • 你创建的内容:关心消息、回复、预设关心动作以及相关时间信息。
  • 设备与通知数据:APNs 推送令牌、通知偏好、App 版本、系统语言和必要的请求标识。
  • 使用与诊断信息:onboarding 步骤、功能偏好等轻量事件,以及为安全、排障和服务稳定性所需的请求与错误信息。分析事件不包含 HealthKit 数值、消息内容、Apple 身份令牌或 APNs 令牌。
  • 订阅信息:商品、交易状态、到期状态和权益信息。支付由 Apple 处理,我们不接收你的银行卡或支付卡信息。

2. HealthKit 数据如何使用

HealthKit 数据仅用于向你展示个人健康趋势、生成非医疗状态提示、发送你启用的提醒,以及在你明确开启相应分享项后向已绑定的伴侣展示允许的摘要或趋势。登录并启用同步后,为实现跨设备服务和伴侣分享,必要的近期健康样本、睡眠片段、锻炼/正念记录及其派生摘要可能被安全传输至我们的云服务。

我们不会将 HealthKit 数据用于广告、营销、基于使用行为的数据挖掘,也不会出售给数据经纪商或信息转售商。我们不会把个人健康信息存储到 iCloud,也不会向 HealthKit 写入虚假或不准确的数据。

3. 我们为何使用这些信息

  • 提供登录、同步、趋势展示、情侣绑定、分享控制、消息和通知;
  • 验证订阅并在符合条件时向伴侣共享订阅权益;
  • 保护账号和服务安全,诊断故障,防止滥用;
  • 以汇总方式了解 onboarding 和功能偏好,改进体验;
  • 履行法律义务并响应有效的权利请求。

4. 共享与服务提供商

我们仅在提供功能所必需时与受约束的服务提供商处理数据,例如云托管与数据库服务、Apple 的登录、HealthKit、推送和 StoreKit 服务。我们不会将个人数据出售或出租给第三方。

你的已绑定伴侣不是服务提供商。对方只能看到你通过 App 内“隐私与分享”设置明确允许的内容;你可以随时关闭单项分享、暂停分享或解除绑定。

5. 保存、安全与跨境处理

数据通常保留到提供服务不再需要、你删除账号或法律要求的期限结束。为安全、备份、争议处理或防欺诈而保留的有限记录会在合理期限内删除或去标识化。我们采用与数据敏感程度相适应的技术和组织措施,但任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。

服务提供商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据;我们会依适用法律采取必要保护措施。

6. 你的选择与权利

  • 在 iPhone“设置”或“健康”App 中查看或撤回 HealthKit 权限;
  • 在本 App“隐私与分享”中管理伴侣可见内容或解除绑定;
  • 在系统设置中关闭通知;
  • 在本 App 的账号设置中请求删除账号。删除会清理账号数据并终止关系;依法或为安全目的必须保留的有限信息除外;
  • 根据适用法律请求访问、更正、删除或限制处理你的个人数据。

7. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向未达到其所在地数字同意年龄的儿童,我们不会故意收集此类儿童的个人数据。若你认为儿童向我们提供了信息,请通过下方支持渠道联系我们。

8. 非医疗与紧急情况声明

本 App 的状态和趋势仅用于一般健康与生活方式参考,不构成医疗建议、诊断、治疗或疾病预测。如有健康疑虑,请咨询合格的医疗专业人员;如遇紧急情况,请立即联系当地急救服务。

9. 政策更新与联系我们

我们可能因功能、法律或服务变化更新本政策,并在本页更新日期。重大变化会通过适当方式提示。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Luvia (also known as 心应 in Chinese, “the App”) handles your information. The App is a non-medical wellness-trend and caring tool for couples and loved ones. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

1. Information we process

  • Account and identifiers: your Sign in with Apple user identifier, account status, and any name or email Apple provides with your permission.
  • Health and fitness data: with your permission, HealthKit data including heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep stages and duration, steps, active energy, workouts, mindful sessions, and relevant Apple-provided sleep metrics; plus recovery, stress, sleep, and activity trends derived from this data.
  • Relationship and sharing data: invite codes, pairing status, local labels for a partner, sharing choices, and partner-visible health summaries or trends.
  • Content you create: care messages, replies, preset care actions, and related timestamps.
  • Device and notification data: APNs device tokens, notification preferences, app version, system language, and necessary request identifiers.
  • Usage and diagnostics: lightweight onboarding steps and feature preferences, plus request and error information needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliability. Analytics events do not contain HealthKit values, message content, Apple identity tokens, or APNs tokens.
  • Subscription information: product, transaction status, expiration, and entitlement data. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your payment-card details.

2. How we use HealthKit data

We use HealthKit data only to show personal wellness trends, create non-medical status signals, deliver reminders you enable, and—only when you expressly enable a sharing category—show permitted summaries or trends to your paired partner. If you sign in and enable synchronization, recent health samples, sleep segments, workout or mindful-session records, and derived summaries needed for cross-device service and partner sharing may be securely transmitted to our cloud service.

We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining, and we do not sell it to data brokers or information resellers. We do not store personal health information in iCloud or write false or inaccurate data to HealthKit.

3. Why we use information

  • To provide sign-in, sync, trends, pairing, sharing controls, messages, and notifications;
  • To verify subscriptions and, where eligible, share subscription access with a partner;
  • To secure accounts, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse;
  • To understand onboarding and feature preferences in aggregate and improve the experience;
  • To comply with law and respond to valid rights requests.

4. Sharing and service providers

We use service providers only as needed to operate the App, such as cloud hosting and database providers and Apple services for sign-in, HealthKit, push notifications, and StoreKit. They process information under applicable obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your paired partner is not a service provider. They can see only the categories you expressly allow in the App’s Privacy & Sharing settings. You may turn off a category, pause sharing, or unpair at any time.

5. Retention, security, and international processing

We generally retain data until it is no longer needed to provide the service, you delete your account, or a legally required period ends. Limited records retained for security, backups, disputes, or fraud prevention are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Service providers may process data outside your country or region. Where required, we use safeguards recognized under applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Review or revoke HealthKit permissions in iPhone Settings or the Health app;
  • Manage partner-visible categories or unpair in the App’s Privacy & Sharing settings;
  • Disable notifications in system settings;
  • Request account deletion in the App’s account settings. Deletion removes account data and ends the relationship, except for limited information we must retain by law or for security;
  • Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children below the digital-consent age in their region, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through the support channel below.

8. Medical and emergency disclaimer

App signals and trends are for general wellness and lifestyle information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or disease prediction. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our features, laws, or services change and will revise the date on this page. We will provide an appropriate notice for material changes.
